Help please with this:

If R and integer, is R evenly divisible by 3?

1) 2R is evenly divisible by 3
2) 3R is evenly divisible by 3

Statement 1:
Tells us 2*R is divisible by 3. As 2 is not divisible by 3, so R has to be divisible by 3. So this statement alone is sufficient to answer the question.

Statement 2:
Tells us 3*R is divisible by 3. As 3 is divisible by 3, so R might or might not be divisible by 3. This statement alone is not sufficient to answer the question.
