Hi Scott/Omari,

I have a question,
How do guys with engineering background fit in the Finance program?
Isn't there a tough competition (post MBA) from the guys who already
have finance background? What are the advantages?

Regards,
Vivek

Students with engineering backgrounds fit well in finance, given their strong quantitative bent. Yes there is some competition, but finance traditionally good to engineers. One advantage is if you're pursuing a finance role that also overlaps with your background in engineering. For example computer engineer who gets an MBA and reviews software companies as an analyst.
