Georgetown Evening MBA Program [#permalink]
20 Aug 2011, 09:33
I was wondering if anyone has any insight concerning Gtown's Evening MBA program.
Some basics, will have 5 years of post undergrad experience come Aug 2012.
I took my first crack at the GMAT today, i scored an unimpressive 520. I mean i could take it again but i've heard that part-time programs are less competitive.
Thanks!

Georgetown's Evening Program's mid 80% is 610-710. I would suggest retaking the GMAT or they now accept the GRE, so that too is an option. If you live in the DC area a great prep company is sherpaprep (just google it). They are half the price of big companies but the teachers are amazing.
I don't know if a 520 would even get you an interview....maybe if you had a 4.0 undergrad with some A's in Calc/Stats. Gtown requires you show you can handle quantitative work and I'm not sure a 520 does that.
Did you already apply?
