I did my graduation from St Xaviers college, Calcutta. This graduate degree (Bachelor of Commerce) requires a three year attendance as compared to four years in US. Now i am planning to apply to B schools in US. Do you think the B School consider the graduation from a three year university comparable to four year degree in US. I mean do i need to do something else to qualify. To this end please note that i am a chartered accountant and a Certified Public accountant.

My second quesiton also revolves around the same. Since i studied in India in St xaviers, do B Schools in US consider it to be an english speaking university, so that i dont have to give Toefl. Please note that all my course books and lectures were always in english from very beginning of my education life including in the college.

I will highly appreciate if any of you can provide me guidance in this regard.
