Hi Linda:
For HBS essay # 1 "Describe a significant change that you brought about in an organization and its impact on your development as a leader (400 – word limit)" i have a question about the latter portion of this essay......
For the "impact on my development as a leader portion"........can i talk about the leadership lessons i learnt during the "significant change" i brought about and how these "lessons learnt" have changed my impressions of myself as a leader?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
