HBS Specific Question

Linda and others,

I have heard that HBS is very picky about word-limit. Is it true?

Currently my HBS essays are in the 410-430 word range except for one which is 437 (the longterm career aspiration essay).
I know I am below +10% but should I worry much about the word limit for HBS? Are they very strict?
Please Advice,

They are picky, but they don't sit there and count the words. I think you're fine.
