Your GMAT is above the middle 80 % range for all the schools you mentioned. You may search "low gpa" on this forum on how to minimize the impact of your GPA.Typically a high GMAT would offset a lower GPA - other things being equal
You would be compared with other candidates with a similar profile ( IT, Male, Indian and work experience etc) . In your case you can pursue a masters in management, but starting salaries are typically around 50-60 k (USD). I am not a big fan of these middle of the road programs. I am assuming that you're good at math, so why not Finance or Financial Engineering ?
I would recommend applying to the LSE (london school of economics) in the UK, in the US you can take a look a MS Finance or MS quant finance programs at Washington U (Olin), BU (mathematical finance) , CMU, Princeton and Baruch.
