Help needed with GMAT Math Problem? [#permalink]
07 Oct 2008, 02:08

Hi Folks, I am all right in math but for some reason the GMAT math questions go right over my head. It has been a little while since I work hard on those math problems and even the matter I remember seem to be more difficult than it once was. Please, if anyone who has been studying for the GMAT, or has had the same problem as I have let me help. Which I really want to know is which book is best at explaining how to attempt related math problems on the GMAT. I want such a book or books that teach the basics and also teach how to solve complicated problems. If anyone has heard of really good GMAT math books let me know. Thanks!

majority of members of this club say that manhattan books about gmat are not that good, but for me they ARE good. I used them to brush up my basics and found it very useful. however books are not enough to increase your math skills it is better to take part in this forum, looking each math exercise, the way users solve them. After some time you realise that you can solve those problems by yourself and will see that most topics of math are covered here better than anywhere else
