help req for one DS question

Question Stats:

0% (00:00) correct 0% (00:00) wrong based on 0 sessions
The question goes like this:
Susan flipped a fair coin N times.What fraction of the flips came up heads?

1)N =24
2)The number of flips that came up tails was 3/8N.

Iam sure i can get the answer with the second.But i have some doubt on the first choice...

pls suggest thanks!

B according to me. Cannot be A as it asks for exact fraction not the 'most likely' fraction.

With (2) you can get it so B

With (1) im tempted to say that we can because the stem says fair coin, but that doesn't mean heads and tails will be fair, just the probability is ...
