Before you go - "What kind of question is this?" Consider the following:

E-MBA both

Kelley : Employer pays full tuition.
Kelloggs: Employer pays 50% tuition.

Will Kelloggs PT be worth the additional 50K that the person has to come up with?

I personally don't consider those two schools comparable, and would think of Kellogg as materially different and likely worth the incremental $50K. That said, if your plan is to stay at your current company then there would be far fewer measurable differences. If it were up to me though, I'd likely suck up the $50K and chose Kellogg, particularly if you are in an EMBA (and thus likely have an EMBA type salary and bonus).
