Kellogg vs. INSEAD

All,
I've had the good luck of getting into both of these great programs. I'm a European national (I grew up in France), with an undergrad from Northwestern and 4 years of US-work experience. My goal is to go into management consulting. Although I had my heart set on INSEAD to return to France in the SHORT-term, I'm starting to think I want to live and work in the US in the LONG-run. So now I am seriously torn between the two. Here is how I see it:
INSEAD: This school will 'internationalize' my profile and open doors for me in Europe. With an American undergrad and a top European MBA, as an American/Euro national, I will have more flexibility to work in either of these continents. But if I decide to return to the US after my year at INSEAD, I will not have as strong a network there as if I went to Kellogg.
Kellogg: My profile after Kellogg will definitely be very North American (limiting opportunities to return to Europe), with undergrad and graduate degrees at NU. However I will be guaranteed a stronger network (is this important in Management Consulting?) and job in the US, which is where I want to live long term, I think.
I'm trying to collect as many perspectives on my situation as possible and would appreciate any insight anyone can give me to tip the balance one way, or the other! Thanks!
