Anyone planning on going to this?

I have to be in New Jersey for work the Tuesday following, so I could easily work it into my schedule with just the expense of two nights' hotel/car. However, I can't find anywhere on the site that defines what they mean by "diversity"--does it just mean non-white male?

Did anyone go to this last year? Did you find it valuable?
