Hey pupanmama,

Thanks for reaching out and I would really like to help you out. To be honest with you, it's really hard to tell what your specific chances are at either program. This is because you have provided very little information about your profile - and certainly not enough to be able to tell from what you have provided.

Generally, speaking your chances are better at the lessor ranked school.

Btw, I was just in Thailand ... beautiful country.

Respectfully,
Paul Lanzillotti

Hi pupanmama,

Paul is right. It's hard to predict with just a little bit of profile information.

However, the fact that you are being invited to interview is a positive. The Admissions Committee would not spend the time to interview you if they were not interested in considering you for admission.

Don't forget, too, that other factors that are outside of your control will play into the decision as well. Things like: what is a school's goal for international enrollment, is Thailand a unique country to be represented at that school, how many admitted students have paid their deposit at this point, etc.

My advice is to prepare as well as you can for the interviews and try to secure admission to both so that you can have multiple options.

I hope this helps. If I can help further, let me know.
