what is the difference between nationally accredited mba programs and accredited private school mba programs?

Can you be more specific? A school being accredited has nothing to do with being private. Harvard is private. Michigan is public. Both have top b-schools. What is it that you mean?

Hi,

Beware of obtaining a Nationally Accredited degree... Regional Accreditation is the highest a College or Univ is able to obtain. That is really what you want to look for. The University of Phoenix is Regionally Accredited and allows you to attend college at one of there campuses or 100% online... They are probably your best bet for an MBA. and you can also get good knowledge from this university

... but you can get "good knowledge" from THERE university, right?

At least he's not in my applicant pool.
