Is it true, minorities have a bigger chance of getting admitted to an top 30 MBA program?

Consider the following info:

Work experience: 3 years
GMAT: 550
TOEFL: 105
Essays: Good
Interview: Good

It's distinct possibility considering business schools look for a diverse student body.

Have a look at some of these links. There are plenty of scholarships for minorities/Hispanics in MBA programs.
