More Application Questions [#permalink]
10 Aug 2011, 12:05
While we're on the topic of application specific questions, I wanted to add mine to the list and see if there is a general consensus in the community. I submitted a few of these questions during the online chat, but they were not addressed. Moreover, I'm hesitant to ask the adcom because the questions seem fairly minor in the scheme of things.
1) For spouse's education, it asks for spouse's school, but there isn't enough room to type in both an undergraduate university and graduate school. Are they only looking for the most recent?
2) Should the # of months of work experience include training programs at work? I wouldn't call this work because I was just in a classroom for 2 months, but others may think differently.
3) How should we handle "ending compensation" for our current job if our bonus is discretionay and I won't know the amount until well after the application deadline. Should I use an estimate?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance! 1. either 2. were you not considered employed during training? 3. don't estimate Only put information that if verified will not raise questions. For #3, I'd submit the app and then update the admissions committee with a short email. For #2, only put dates that can be verified. Check with HR for this.
