Yes, your GMAT is low. But hopefully you have a strong undergrad transcript to offset that somewhat.

The other thing that stood out to me was leadership on the job... You mentioned that you have worked for 10 years and are now at a Fortune 500 company... But in what roles? Have you lead any teams, or managed any people? The more experience that you have in that regard, the better off you will be.

Thanks Scott.

I did lead team of 3 people when I was in Marketing.

In my current job there are no direct reports. But I do lead projects regularly. In these projects, I play role of project manager with a team of about 5-6 people.

The Under grad transcript is good but not very strong( compared to students in my undergrad class.)

Would the Corporate sponsorship help in anyway? One of my colleague did part time from NYU and my company sponsored him too. How can I use this?

Thanks in advance

I think the sponsorship helps a little, although I believe that part-timers are often sponsored by their companies, so it doesn't necessarily give you a big leg up.

Your project management and team leadership experiences can be very valuable in setting you apart and demonstrating your leadership abilities... Use these to your advantage!
