i am a fresh grad. thinking about grad school in a few years. what is my game plan for a top 10 school.undgrad grades are half decent 3.5, with a 3.7 upper division (3rd and 4th year).

havent wrote the gmat , but i wont settle for less than 700.

It's great that you're thinking about it now! The two things that yo ucan do to help yourself the most right now are 1) take on challenging assignments/leadership roles at work, taking on more responsibility as time goes on, and 2) make a real impact in your community. For the latter, quality matters much more than quantity. And both of these things matter far more than the GMAT!
