Can anyone give me an idea of how they tackled this section. I took Kaplan, and they advised to outline each paragraph briefly.

What techniques did you use?

That's what I did - stopped after each paragraph and summarized what it was about. Very helpful, but very tiring for my head. Parphrasing was helpful both in RC and CR.
