Your 1-year international experience is good as LBS is keen on getting those type of students. I think you probably know that your GMAT score is a handicap right now for LBS. If you can, re-take it and score in the high 600's, or 700's if possible. It will boost your chance so much higher. Other than that, at this current stage I'd say your chances are slim to none.

You main job will be to differentiate yourself from the hoards of Indian IT applicants who will be applying to LBS with the same profile. Also, your GMAT is comparatively weak. Why don't you retake it and see if you can get a better one!? Also, a lot depends on how you execute your application and your contributions in out of work activities.

Good luck!
