Networking for PT students [#permalink] New post 06 Feb 2012, 02:56
I've found a lot of great information here regarding PT vs FT.

I know that generally the feeling seems to be PT is good if your company will pay or you want to stay in you field, FT is good for networking and changing careers/industries, especially when career services isn't available to PT students.

My question for any PTers out there is, since most of your classmates are employed full-time, many with good companies, has anyone found success this way in getting your foot in the door?

Do the people in the PT programs typically not have enough pull to even get you an interview for a post MBA job? Any one with experience in this situation?

I'm considering PT programs at BC and BU, or I may transfer to Seattle and attend Foster.
