so as some of you know, i am travelling in europe for spring break. i decided on my internship the day before i left, and emailed my dear john emails as soon as i got to spain. unfortunately, Mz Recruiter from company b apparently did not get my email. i logged in today to see that not only does she think i havent officially gotten back to her, but she thinks i gave my would-have-been boss a verbal acceptance, which I SO DID NOT DO!!!
so i copied the original email - with time signature - into a reply email and apologized a million times for giving an impression i did not intend to give. i seriously could not believe it - i really felt sick to my stomach.
i forwarded the whole mess to our recruiting office, just so they are in the know. Crap.

ack! sorry to hear that. I guess sometimes emails get lost (or filtered by over-zealous spam filters). I hope she will understand the situation...
