Hi rsrnareddy,
No you are not too old for a fully employed MBA program. I am curious why do you want to pursue an MBA degree from USA if you plans are not to take up a job and move back to India permanently. I am not discouraging you from pursuing an MBA from top business schools in North America but you might also want to look at some programs offered by premier b-schools such as IIMA.
