evaultion please

26 M, non-minority

1) 2 yrs acqusitions associate at small private equity RE shop. Only under 35 year old in the company and first associate ever. Strong REC from boss/director. prior work senior analyst at large RE company 3 yrs. (2nd rec from undergrad college president)
2) 670
3) Middlebury 3.0 (lack of maturity and doing too much while in school)...also did Stangord SIGM program.
4A) College: capt & all conf. varisty sport, 2 yr. Resident Advisor in dorms, Tour Guide Admissions office 4 yrs, Student rep to Board of Trustees 2 yrs, Middle School mentor program 3 yrs,
4B) Post College: Founding board member of non profit raising 80k/yr, chair of my college 5 yr reunion, board member of college art museum, founder and director of student grant program non profit/entreaupership summer opportunities for Midd undergrads, College Admissions interviewer, youngest active member of 150 person non profit raising 2 mil/yr
5) CA Real Estate License
6) GSB, HBS, Tuck, HAAS, Wharton, Stern, Columbia, Darden, Anderson
7) Run my own RE fund.

You have a fairly solid profile and your work experience is outstanding. However, you should consider retaking the GMAT to get a score that is within the competitive range for your target schools.
