To break into any industry you are interested in, I recommend you leverage your school's career center and alumni network, and use your own personal network. Attend as many related events as you can, and continue searching through various sites for open positions. Your hard work will create opportunities.
With regards to jobs that business schools are interested in, business schools are most looking for candidates who have made an impact and who have had leadership experience. If a position allows for this, for you to potentially manage and lead others, then it can be a good opportunity.
