Ankit, it may be a bit early to give you a profile evaluation because the two most significant factors (work experience and GMAT score) are missing. And there is a lot of leeway here. I think top 10 schools will be a stretch no matter how great your GMAT score is, as you don't have that "Top School" (IIT) in your background, your grades are a bit low for Top 10 schools, plus you already have one graduate degree.

I think right now, to best boost your profile in planning for your application in one or two years is:
1. Do great at work. Lots of concrete achievements!!! Lots of promotions!! Lots of leadership!!! This is the best thing you can do to boost your profile.
2. Get some extra curriculars esp. volunteer work. You have none. This is not good. But you have time to work on this, so do it!!!!
3. Beat up that GMAT.

If you can do these three things, then you will be building yourself the best profile you can get.

Dear Jon,

Thank you for giving me an honest evaluation of my profile. I understand that right now I am short on work experience and do not have anything to show for in terms of extracurricular activities. Moreover, my grades are nothing to write home about. Going forward, I'll keep your suggestions in mind and hopefully would build myself a competitive profile in another couple of years. Thanks once again for your help.
