The demystified computer, considered by most analyst the major breakthrough of the 1980's, was the event that caused technology and mass communication to unite.

a)The demystified computer, considered by most analysts the
b)The demystified computer, which most analysts have been considering
c)Demystifying the computer, which most analysts consider to be
d)The demystification of the computer, which most analysts consider the
e)The demystified computer, which most anaysts consider a

The answer is D. However I chose A. The reason I chose a is because I read in MGMAT that "which" is used to introuduce a non essential clause. Also, which modifies the noun preceding it. Therefore, how can it be D? Wouldnt which modify computer? It is not the computer which most analysts consider but it is the demystification of the computer. Also, does "which" always begin with a comma? thanks

D.

Bold part shows wrong comparision. Computer cannot be an event(in this context).

POE gives C and D

In C,
Demystifying the computer
is an action, not an event
also,
consider to be
is generally wrong
