Pre GMAT Test Prep Program Preparation? [#permalink] New post 01 Apr 2010, 06:01
I plan to start preparing for the GMAT sometime this summer with Manhattan GMAT. (I'll probably start the program a few weeks after I take the CFA in June so I can let my brain recharge).

A friend of mine is currently taking Manhattan GMAT and he claims that they are going to fast for him in class. Obviously he wishes that he brushed up on his High School math and grammar before he enrolled in the class.

So my question is, what are the best ways to prepare for the GMAT before enrolling in a GMAT prep course? How long should I prep for before the course? I want to make sure that I have the skills needed to keep up and pay attention in class.

You might want to go throught the Kaplan GMAT Math Workbook. I never took a class but it was a good starting point when I first started my prep.
