Would yourecommend that I get the Manhattan GMAT Sentence Correction book for further practice? I've heard that the book is pretty good, but I don't want just a regurgitation of all the other information Kaplan already provided me with. I've already taken a Kaplan course and have worked through OG11's Sentence correction section.

Does the MGMAT book provide a lot of good practice or does it go over mostly fundamentals? All advice appreciated!

It is a real good book to learn the concepts, and work hand in hand with OG11...meaning Mgmat doesn't have questions but points to problems in OG11
I am using this book...

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to go ahead and order it as SC is one of my weaker points. This is my second time around taking the GMAT's and I'm working hard to makes sure it's my last time.

Good decision. The SC book took me up to 45 on verbal. ( See http://www.gmatclub.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=30030 )

Thanks Rhyme -

I just received my MGMAT SC book - I bought it brand new from Buy.com (cheapest I could find), and boy, is it worth it? The book looks really good and detailed. I read the first chapter, and it covers a lot of things already. Definitely a *must* buy for everyone who is atleast semi-weak in SC.

Hi all-

I am not sure if you all have heard about this, but I found a document called "Spidey's GMAT Sentence Correction Notes", which is really very good to improve your GMAT SC knowledge!

Check this out: http://www.sentencecorrection.com/forums/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=8
