Wow! Don't be shy about your different, "artsy" background. That makes you very unique in admissions officers' eyes. A Fulbright fellowship is pretty impressive.
I obviously don't know much about you, but I think you definitely have a shot at a top MBA program. The key will be to really show that you have the analytical/quant skills to suceed in business school, so be sure to nail the GMAT. Study, take some practice tests, and see where you stand. We don't advocate that everyone needs to take a GMAT course, but someone like you -- who has been outside of business and really should make sure to nail the GMAT -- should consider it if it looks like you won't be able to achieve at least a score in the high 600's on your own.
