Your age is a big impediment for you, I'm afraid. You are at the age where schools may well wonder why you aren't applying to an executive MBA program and given your age they will expect you to have a stronger resume. I'm not sure I see the management profile they would expect of someone with your experience. Given that fact, the lack of outstanding strength in your community history, and the tough demographic pool you're applying from, I'm afraid all of these schools are long shots for you. Harvard and Stanford are not possible IMO, and Chicago and Kellogg--perhaps the most doable--will also be hard. If you're dead-set on applying for a full-time MBA I recommend picking 2-3 of these schools as your "longshots" or "reach" schools and looking a little further down on the food chain for your other target schools.
