What are the schools that I can target?
First, let's answer what schools you should target --- The schools you target should depend on what are your goals. Once you know the kind of industry or want to go into after your MBA or the companies that you are interested in working for, find out which schools they go to recruit and apply to those schools.
Second, what schools can you target -- It completely depends on how your application come across to the adcom. You have less than average work experience but will have ~ 3 years by matriculation which is decent. Make sure that the quality of work experience reflects through your resume and essays. Regarding extracurricular, hardly any of the points that you mentioned can be counted as extra-curricular. Try to find the areas OUTSIDE work where you have been involved and made a difference. Coming from India, your undergraduate institution will matter as well. If you are from IITs, etc it may bring in the initial comfort level as far as acads are concerned. A strong GMAT should do the rest. Average GMAT for Indians is ~ 740, so yes, a sub 700 GMAT will be a major weakness in your application profile when you will be compared with the rest of the pool.
Good luck.
