Hi,

Thank you in advance for taking out the time to evaluate my profile. I am sharing below my background so you can
i) evaluate my profile,
ii) identify strong areas and improvement areas (and subsequently how to address them)

a) Work Experience: I have 78 months of work experience in the IT and Consulting area. I currently work for one of the Big 3 IT and Consultancy company. I currently work as a project lead for a 7 member team and has been promoted twice in the organization.

b) International Work Experience: 10 months of consultancy and lead experience for a leading insurance client in U.S for a million dollar project.

c) GMAT: 660 (Q: 47, V:34)

d) Education:
I have
-a Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering with a GPA of around 3 to 3.2 with a first class with distinction
- Two technology certifications

e) Activities outside Profession:
- I have been an active organizing volunteer for the CSR wing of my organization and college for which I actively teach for school kids
- I have won two software presentation competitions during my college days.

f) Programs considered: Technology management in ISB ,NUS, Nanyang, S.P Jain.

g) Goals: I would like to work as a product / program manager for a product dev company.

Also please answer my question about my international exposure?. Is the exposure good enough for the target schools?. I may get an opportunity to work in U.S again as a consultant. can you please let me know whether working as a proj lead at offshore / as a consultant at onsite will improve my chances?.

ISB is a stretch. You have a competitive profile for NUS and Nanyang. I am not familiar enought with SP Jain to comment.

Your international experience seems impressive, but I can't say with certainty if it is "enough." International exposure is a plus and it's more of a qualitative aspect of your application than a stat or statistical hurdle.

Best,
Linda
