I don't see any glaring weaknesses in your profile other than the fact you are applying from a deep pool. Standing out as an Indian Male is no easy task, but you have several components which will help. 1) you demonstrate innovation in the workplace, which is not easy to achieve, 2) you are mature and have been loyal to your employer, an employer whom has recognized your talent and awarded you with promotions and increased responsibility 3) you have outstanding academic credentials and a great GMAT score. I think your target schools are within reach, the key being casting a compelling post MBA vision that will not only resonate with the adcoms, but will leverage your extensive work experience. Make sure you also have a good answer for Why now MBA? since some might wonder "what took you so long" to go back to school. Clearly a progressively responsible career trajectory is a good excuse.
