One thing that I really like about your profile is that it is very unique. You know what you want yo do and you have a specific plan. I also like that you have developed somewhat of an industry expertise. Your background is also something unique and I think that adcoms will see it as something that you bring to the table.
Really, the only thing left to be desired is a bit of an increase in the verbal portion of the GMAT. So before you consider retaking it ask yourself a few questions. How long did you study? Did you focus a good amount of time on verbal? If you spend another few months studying do you think it is likely that you will be able to increase your score on verbal?
I think that it is very possible for you to increase your verbal score an handful of points and get to the 700 range. If you do, you will have a competitive profile for a top notch school (Booth or Kellogg). As of now, I think that you have a competitive profile for a UNC or McCombs. It just depends what you want to do.
Best of luck. Let us know what you decide to do.
