Thanks for posting. You have a strong candidacy. For the programs you are considering, nothing about your story makes me think there is any reason why you cannot be admitted, but nothing stands out telling me why you should be admitted. All of the reasons why a top program would admit you are in the details of your work experience, personal experiences, personality, values and overall story. I think there is a great deal that you could discuss regarding your experience in India. I also encourage you to study for the GMAT and aim to score at least a 700, as this is what admissions teams at the schools you are considering will be looking for.
