First of all, I think you deserve a big Congrats on that GMAT score! A 730 is sweet, and not only that, it's probably the single best thing you can do to try and balance your your low GPA. Now it doesn't efface that GPA entirely, so you DO have to address this in your essays, even if it is simply an admission of immaturity, but it will be important to show that you have acted upon this.
Otherwise, you are in the right industry, seem to be the right age, and have overall what seems like good stuff. The relative strength of your work experience within your industry is not entirely clear to me, and you should keep in mind that everyone pretty much is coming from good jobs and companies, so just that is not enough in of itself. You also need to prove that you have been one of the most successful in this job and firm.
Your school list is pretty much on the money. Maybe only Wharton is missing, so add that school (even if it's a challenging one).
finally, if you did poorly in math/stats/accounting in Undergrad, you might take a course or two before you apply.
