Work Experience - 10 years of IT experience in leading IT company, current designation Project manager. Past one year extensively involved in consulting work in IT.

BE from leading engg college in India with 3.5 GPA

Extra curricular activities - Involved in many clubs in college, PADI certified Scuba diver,

GMAT Score 710

Looking for Part Time MBA. Would I be able to make it to Haas, Kellogg, Booth, Stern, tepper? Any suggestions ?

You should have no problem getting attention at these PT programs. With 10 years, you may also want to consider executive programs, which put more emphasis on your career progress and experience than anything else. Since you are applying into a deep appicant pool (Male, Indian, IT background), you need to focus on what separates you from other applicants with a simialr background. I think the answer is clear: your deep experience. Your maturity will be valuable in b-school and your market perspective as a seasoned veteran should be enough to get some serious interest.
