It comes down to where you prefer to live/work post-MBA - that should dictate school choices.
If it's Europe, focus on INSEAD, LBS, Oxford, Cambridge, maybe the Spanish schools (IE, ESADE, IESE) but my hunch is that if you're working in Europe given your goals - you'll most likely be based out of London, hence INSEAD, LBS, Oxford and Cambridge. With Euro schools, your age won't be a huge factor as the class tends to skew a little older (i.e.there tends to be more late 20s to early 30s folks than there are in the US schools).
If it's the US, then focus on Kellogg, Sloan, Booth and Columbia (maybe choose 2 or 3), and then 1-2 from NYU, Yale, Cornell, Haas, UCLA, Darden, Duke, Michigan. And maybe add in Wharton as the stretch school.
