Hi all,

I could manage only a 590 on the GMAT third time and now fed up with GMAT. I was initially aiming at a 700+ but Verbal hit me hard. I am presently working in Bangalore@General Electric as an Design Engineer.

I have an experience of 4 yrs and it would be 5 yrs by the time I join the B School.

I am looking for any Indian B-school e.g ISB, SP jain etc.. Is it possible for me to get into any of them?
What are the other top universities in which I can apply? please suggest

I know this is a very difficult question to answer without giving my background.

I am engineering graduate from NIT Allahabad (One of the top most Engineering Colleges in India). I graduated with a CGPA of (9.16 on 10).

I have a very good academic record with a 82% in 10th and 92% in +2.

I have a lot of extra curricular activities and also have initiated a teach for poor concept at a Private School during my studies.

I have taken up many leadership roles right from my childhood.

I am looking to progress in my Career and hence would like to pursue MBA.

Can some one guide me in this regard.

Thanks a lot.

ecmpec,

Your profile is good - acads are good, extra curriculars and leadership activities are there too.
However, your GMAT score will put you below par most applicants to Indian B-schools.

You have two options:
(a) Try and improve your GMAT score
(b) Try and apply to SPJ (Dubai) through their SPJAT exam
