Thanks for reaching out to us!

Overall, the numbers look pretty good. You have what it takes. But a LOT will depend on your work experience and the profile you can build there. As you know, there ain't no shortage of Indian Tech applicants, and you are gonna need to stick out like heck to show them you are different! And the best way to start is to show how good you are doing and have done at work. The Adcoms have seen lots of applications, and they can see who is a rising start. And that's what you gotta be. We need to see achievement piled on achievement. Promotion upon promotion.
and then when your dish is ready, you need to add some pepper: i.e. What makes you UNIQUE?

Your ability to show them how unique you are can mean the difference between a tier 1 accept and a tier 2.
