Hope all is well with everyone. I was hoping someone could provide me with insight into my chances...
Stats:
680 GMAT (79%Q/82%V) with 6 on Essays - planning on taking them again.
3.3 GPA (from Ivy League Undergrad) - majored in finance
Management Consultant for 3 years - work has focused on financial sector
Have worked in USA, London, China/Hong Kong, and India
Female/South Asian
Career Goals:
Would like to work in International Business - Emerging Markets, VC
Extracurricular:
Paid Freelance Writer, Have worked with a start-up, active in sports, executive board member of alumni association
Leadership:
have led projects at work and via my alumni association, etc.
All in all, I feel like I can write compelling essays and will have great recommendations. I hope to apply to Harvard, Penn, Stanford, Kellogg, Yale, Columbia, and NYU. Do you think I will be a competitive applicant? Do you think my gmat/gpa will hurt me? Thanks in advance for your time.

The GMAT and GPA are slightly below average for the schools, so you'll have to be compelling in the other aspects of the application -- which it sounds like you can be.
Sounds like you have some great experiences to discuss in your apps.
You should consider cutting down on the number of target schools you're considering to ~5.
