Professional Experience: 4 years in a world leading manufacturing company, starting as a project coordinator, moving on to HR analyst and currently being a Learning consultant leading the HR and learning teams as Team Leader providing support to a variety of facilities in Mexico. My main responsibilities currently are facilitate workshops on lean manufacturing, execute and maintain the capability building strategy (knowledge management) and lead HR projects related to development of people.
EC: * I have created a logistics company that provides freight services to companies in Mexico. I started the business at home in April 2008. Cuurrently has an office in town and sales have increase around 300%. * I'm currently doing an MBA in EGADE (a top 5 BS in LatinAmerica) with a 97/100 GPA. * I also have studies in journalism as I was selected to participate in a journalism workshop hosted and developed by one of the most prestigious newspapers in Mexico.
