Honestly with your GMAT as it is, you'll be a long shot for any of the top 16 + INSEAD/LBS. Even the top 30 schools may be a stretch as their GMAT scores are in the high 600s already.

If you want any shot at a top 16 school like NYU, Cornell, Yale, Booth, Columbia, etc. then you will need at least a 700, and ideally a 720+.

Do whatever it takes to boost that score. Retake the GMAT.
