Profile Evaluation Request [#permalink] New post 02 Jan 2012, 11:48
Hi,

Can you please evaluate my profile?

Indian - Male 33 yrs old - IT - 12+ years of experience.

GMAT 1st : 600
GMAT 2nd : 660 (Q-49, V-32)

I understand my score is at lower side.
I've PMed you my profile with more details.

The schools I'm thinking of are:

Stanford - Sloan
Kelogg - 1 year
UCLA

Judge Business School
Said Business School
LBS / Insead

HKUST
NUS

What are my chances for these schools?
Will giving GMAT again can help (considering that I've already given it twice)?
Is there any other schools do you suggest?

Stanford Sloan program says it is a rolling admission? I'm not sure what it means. Can you please clarify?
Kelogg 1 year program is expecting some eligibility criteria such as Accounting, etc. Since I come from IT background, what are my options for this.

Thanks

You do have a shot at Stanford Sloan, but it's a stretch. I think your chances of acceptance are poor at Kellogg, UCLA, LBS, and INSEAD. You are more competitive at HKUST, NUS, Cambridge and Judge.

Rolling admissions means they process applications in the order received until the start of school, when they have a full class, or Date X. There are no rounds, as are typical of many MBA programs.

If you would like help with your MBA applications, please let us know.

Best,
L
