Thanks for the posting.
It certainly looks as though you are on track to get accepted into a world-class MBA program. The only barrier I see at this point is you submitting a quality application (essays, recommendations, etc.) that support your candidacy fully. Also, I see you as a R1 applicant, so this means that you are going to have to get all of your applications in by mid-October.
As for your list of schools, HBS and Wharton are going to be the most challenging -- however you are a strong enough candidate where you candidacy will be taken seriously at both schools simply based on your stats and experiences. Other schools (in addition to those on your list) that would appreciate your candidacy are Sloan and Johnson.
