Dear Veritas,

Can you please give me a couple of target schools and a couple of reach schools I should be applying to with this profile:

Undergrad: CGPA 9.08/10.0, Class rank 1, "Best Student of the Institute" award from a top 15 institute in India
Pre-MBA work-ex: 3 years of software development at one of the best technology MNCs (think Microsoft/ Google/ Yahoo), 1 promotion, 2 awards
1st MBA: Indian Institute of Management (top 2 b school in India), CGPA : 7.22/9.0, top 13% of class
Post MBA work-ex: less than a year in the advisory arm of a Big 4

ECs:
-Established a gym at workplace for my colleagues, founded the gym committee and increased gym memberships by 80% in 3 years
- Decent/ above average success in dramatics, singing, sports; active member of Consulting Club in college
- Very less ECs during undergrad - won a couple of bodybuilding competitions

GMAT: 740(97%ile) - 50 on Q, 41 on V, 4.5 AWA

Post MBA Goals - International Strategy Consulting at a top tier firm
Reasons for 2nd MBA - The usual: international experience etc.

Most accredited schools in the US will not allow anyone who already holds an MBA degree to apply. Check with your target schools to be sure, but you may be out of luck trying to do what is known in the industry as "double dip" for a second MBA degree.
