You appear to posess the requisite core for a good application. If you are from an underrepresented country in Africa, you will be at an advantage to schools who greatly value diversification of their incoming student body. Good news is, most countries in Africa are underrepresented. Having gone to a good UG institution is helpful as well and it appears you did well there. If your career included having direct reports whom you managed, all the better. Schools like to see leadership, career progression and teamwork experience, so make sure you highlight these areas. if you think you could benefit from a second pair of eyes on your application or would find it valuable to work with graduates of your target schools in preparing your application, let us know.
