You won't get in Harvard at age 32 unless you've cured cancer, so you may as well not even waste your time. You have a good shot at your other schools so long as you can paint a compelling picture of how your past ties into a consulting future. One of your hurdles will be to explain the detour into grad school which never went anywhere. 5.5 years of WE for a 32 year old is going to make you look like a slacker or someone who is not motivted. You need to combat this image and prove to the committee that you are mature now and ready for your next move. Don't worry about the F--one F won't kill you, especially with such a good GMAT score. I had an F and still got into a top 5 school. The GMAT score is your ace in the hole, as it allows them to boost their average GMAT score without going over in international student quota, where often the best GMAT scores come from. Again, at your age they are going to be much more focused on your career achievements and how they have helped you prepare for your next transition.
