2) Phone number is compsed with 3, 3, 4, 5, how many phone numbers do we have?

1) (1/2)^3 * (1/2)^2 = 3.12%

2) Do you mean how many 4 digit numbers can be formed with those 4 numbers ? In that case: 4!

1) I would say 9/64. Because for the probability for a heads every time is (1/2) but when you ask for it in a 3 times in row then (1/2) * (1/2)^2 * (1/2)^3. Same with the tales...

result:
1/64 + 1/8 = 9/64.

2) If you mean 7 digit numbers then the answer is 728. If you mean 4 digit number then answer is 8.

2. If you mean four digit number then its 4!/2! = 12
